Terms & Conditions.

Rates are for the client’s exclusive use of the helicopter.
Rates include 15% VAT, but exclude activities (e.g. Shark cage diving and lunch costs).
All tours include chauffeur transfers from city / Camps Bay area.
Transfer flights are one way – either drop-off or collect. Return road transfer not included.
Tour times include flight time and both may vary according to destination selected and weather.
Airport transfers include meet and greet service with transfer from or to the terminal building.
All prices are applicable for flights to or from City Helipad or Cape Town International bases.
Baggage allowance for 2 passengers as per Airline Business class allowance.
More than 2pax – baggage allowance subject to passenger numbers and weights.
Payment – 25% deposit required on confirmation. Balance due 7 days before departure.
No refund for cancellations made less than 48hrs prior to the flight departure.
Full refund will be made on cancellation by Silvercross due to weather or technical issues.
